What a cluster fuck, run like hell!
Hmmmm, It seems to me that the way to correct the problem is to draft every one of them, put them in a very intensive six week boot camp, scrub what ever their preconceptions are of their military and replace it with ours. No excuses, drop and give me 20. I am sure the guys mentoring these men are having boot camp fantasy even as we speak.
